More information from the 8K report under Section 2.1 - LICENSE GRANTED TO LICENSEE
"This License will continue to sustain its exclusivity provided the Licensee
purchases a minim of 10MW of products per year."
Eleven months to go without sales and this license agreement goes kaput. Looks like high expectations or GC would not have put this wording in the agreement. First quarter results would be good enough for me.
