Well another way I look at it is in that the volume has remained relatively low and the PPS has remained above a buck for quite some time gives me the belief that the base building has already been there in that at least 95% of the O/S is being HELD. What has been building is progress in the trials to get us to the right catalyst to move the PPS to a more deserved value.
