If the messenger is feeling "shot" my apologies.  I guess it comes with the territory.  No one is minimizing your efforts or any one elses, and no one is calling anyone a liar.  We agreed awhile ago we're only as good as our sources, and it's fair to say yours and mine aren't in agreement on some significant issues that I will not bare in public.

Yes, alleged sales.  For all I (we) know, Bao is paying for the equipment. Where's the ship(s)?  Is that not newsworthy?  Is that no longer our concern because Bob "says" the buyer(s) is (are) now handling that end?

Simple question:  Under an NDA, is it OK for an e-mail message from the CEO to be conveyed via a message board (a public forum) indicating there were December ore sales, but not OK to release a PR or blog of the same info to ALL shareholders?
