Year end 2016 annual report is due out in a week or so and should report a loss due to the expenses of all the expansion related purchases they made last year. Don't get dismayed because the first quarter report is going to be released late February and should show break even. After that we are off to the races.

Use the time between the two reports (a long month or so) to make your accumulation. Why people have driven up the stock price so much this last week is just anticipation of news- these people will be disappointed on the short term, resulting in a good opportunity for you and me. JMHO, but I will be putting my money on this.
