If they are using the "on or about" window to delay they would simultaneously be giving us the new date.
They wouldn't just delay.
People will see its probably just a couple more weeks and they will also see its not a SCAM.
A scams gonna do what it's gonna do and is PLANNED.
JMO.
Seeing the term really doesn't put me off.
Maybe because I see it all the time.
