Disco, you are absolutely right. NTEK is a "public trading" company and not a private concern. When formal statements and promises are made to shareholders and those promises are not kept the worse thing a SH can do is just sit by idly and pretend all is well and that good things are happening behind the scenes. There is NO need to release sensitive information and specifics just give investors a broad scope and this would at least alleviate some of the crazy speculation that sometimes goes on here because we hear nothing from the company
In the meantime, because we are a pinksheet, it has a detrimental effect on the PPS, allows even more MM manipulation, and in the worse case scenarios forces the company to R/S and more dilution. (sound familiar?)
It is far more dangerous and harmful (especially for early and long term shareholders of a penny stock) for a company to go into quiet mode over very long stretches of time. Once the damage is done it is very difficult to recover your original investment.
I seriously hope David Foley is not reading some of the posts from some on this board who applaud all the quiet from the company and for their wishes that the company should stay quiet to infinity if they choose to do so.
HOWEVER WITH ALL THAT BEING SAID I HAVE COMPLETE FAITH IN DAVID FOLEY AND HIS DESIRE TO RESUME OPEN COMMUNICATION TO SHAREHOLDERS AND SOON. (I have this in writing). What we don't need (in case DF is reading this board) is for shareholders to suddenly become OK with the continued quiet and SH neglect.
