IMO We have investors on the sidelines waiting for an 8k to confirm the completion on the sale of the controlling block. Investors who have been around a long time already know this is a done deal but many will wait till the "i's" are dotted and the "t's" are crossed. No doubt there will be some solid news from the New York meetings that are going on this week with the Chinese group.
