Would love to but personally I believe it will be no more than a couple of days before their 31st deadline. They only need to have the pps at around .04 to be effective for uplist push. The .04 mark can be made in a couple of days or a week tops. It MAY even be later than the 31st as the wording went something like "on or about January 31st".
