Again, contact the company you purchased it from. Utilize their return/refund system. Everyone knows that accidents/damage/theft occur within the shipping industry. Expecting RMHB to follow your package from shipment to your house is beyond bizarre. Once again, I seriously question your motive for posting this here, other than as a form of bashing.
