Simple Rule of Thumb,
If there was no interest on this Company or RM was not going to happen, none of us would be here, everyone would have moved on.
The basic facts that this board is active days in and out is there is something BIG going to happen soon and all the stakeholders on both sides are here to get piece of action.
Simple as that. I am long here.
