I could only speculate as to what is in the works, but unless you think NTEK is some kind of scam, they're in this to make money and grow.
The SHL statement about cutting delivery costs by 75% as well as steady improvements to their product indicates to me that the company is trying to do the things it needs to to be successful.
Cutting costs to deliver product and improving the customer experience are two important factors to achieving that. IMO
It would be nice if they had all of the resources to everything needed all at once, but that's probably not a realistic expectation....
