CDEL is just pushing the price around to spread the bid ask to sell to themselves. Not exactly sure the purpose, but of late does seem to be more of a buyer interested than shorting purposes. He makes money if he can buy it a little cheaper than he sells it to the buyer looking. This is what the SEC has been watching lately, CDEL is one that has been under investigation. There isn't enough red tape to actually prove it yet, but I do think the bigger banks etc... are trying to set up the little bitches like CDEL to take thier fall.
