$TURV GCP 1 Subdividing Space Investor Update 01/04/17
After some days off to enjoy the holidays, the construction crew has been working on completing the division of the space in the first greenhouse (GCP1) which includes the associated warehouse.
The first tenant in the greenhouse, who began growing operations December 1st 2016, will soon be joined by a second tenant whom will occupy a demised separate section of GCP1.
It is anticipated that the second tenant will occupy the second half of GCP1 this calendar quarter.
