If they reached an agreement, they have to report it. They CANNOT keep it secret. It would be great if you can post the link to the 8-K reporting this event.
Since RMHB is such a FULLY reporting company, surely they wouldn't fail to comply and report the biggest event in the history of the company, right?
Of course they wouldn't. And they didn't, because a sale never happened.
If Li exists, she would have locked in her LOI terms by extending it or submitting a purchase offer. Neither happened. Those are basic business moves.
The only reason I, or any smart business person, lets an LOI expire without further action is when we walk away from the deal.
