At this point kbm has nothing to lose by stalling. they have a yr or so to do it Imo. now i would imagine they hope to stall long enough to have hjoe come current. but they won't because of the stall. simply playing games with the legal system. hjoe attorneys will most likely pressure them to come clean. they are wasting courts time and lawyers fees. which is exactly what they want hjoe to do. hoping to bury them with legal costs.
