$ROX I don't know if insiders get updates from their accountant/s as the quarter/s progress or near the end of a quarter but all of the insiders or most of them have banking experience and I would fathom a guess that they know how well the quarter went.

And this being historically the best quarter for them year after year because of the holidays (OCT, NOV, DEC) it seems that they just may know what's coming with all of the buying of shares this year and recently.

I was out for a part of the day and at least twice we had no spread on the bid/ask that I saw unlike larger spreads that we normally see.
