Completely irrelevant. LOI can pretty much be extended or extinguished completely with either lawyer making a simple phone call to the other. The only thing they would be legally on the hook for is that there had be be one to begin with because they put it out in a PR. Not only have they never said or implied the deal is off they are giving us every tidbit of information they legally can that the deal is on.
Bottom Line, I feel good. So should all the investors on this board who who are serious about RHMB.
