Anybody know why Barry Kaye would sell 184 convertible series "B" shares? This means he was willing to forego 184,000 shares of common stock if he had held the 184 shares long enough to have converted them.
This is the first time I have noticed anyone selline series "B" convertible shares. I hope this begins a trend.
