GP that's strange. We have Samsung UF works fine.
Samsung support always able to help us.

I haven't heard of any other Samsung not able to
get the UF app. I wonder if the UF app signal is
even getting to your tv.

Have u checked if u r missing any other apps in
your app store u should have. I would call Samsung
support back and have them check your entire app store
and verify if the UF app signal is even getting to your tv.
