-1,000,000 Dutv -7,000 PTEL has to be 144,000,000 TORQ coming and at least 34 million DUTV...
Pretty sure there are at the least 1,000,000 Roth DUTV shares...out there not a easy clear.
Other fuzzy math... I Find it interesting 3.66 billion DUTV could translate to 366 million DUTV plus 34 million DUTV = 400 million DUTV and there is 400 million Encounter Tech inc restricted bags that need filled and 1.34 Billion Dutv reserve shares + 133 k ECGR = 1.473 billion structured correctly. I suppose since H&G tagged 100 million to a SEC filing at ENTI you'd be at 500 million.
