I'm not taking 247's word on anything. Frankly I don't NEED a deal to be "all but closed" to influence my RMHB position now anyhow, but... noobish experience, I'd like to understand WHY he/she is wrong about that LOI. Is it simply that they can create a new one at any point before Feb 15 regardless of the old one expiring, or am I overlooking something else?
