The LOI expired Oct. 2. No new 8-K was filed, as required, to support any additional actions, motions, or negotiations regarding this issue.
That 8-K addressed an LOI that is null and void now.
I'm not one of the flunkys who don't know how these work, I have dealt with LOIs, MOUs, PO, purchase agreements and many other contracts for decades.
You are wrong. The Li deal is dead or never existed. That's what the facts are.
