No RS to allow KBM to crush the shareholders but I would think it will come at some point.
I also think part of coming back will be for additional financing, it's kind of the reason to go public in the first place.
They are obviously going through a rough time, more than I thought. At least that's how I read the update, I'm definitely in their corner hoping something good comes out in the next couple weeks.
