As we welcome the New Year, I wanted to start updating everyone on our progress and new developments. We've been working on several projects and developments in order to create a better shareholder value for our company and complete several milestones and goals that we set in motion in the past.
We will be announcing our new CEO shortly and as a small "new development" we would like to announce that the company suspended its efforts to file for the dividend. We have reached a mutually beneficial understanding with Protek Capital Inc., (PRPM) in our decision to suspend the dividend efforts.
The company will be announcing future developments and our updates in our efforts to complete all the financials and filings on OTC Markets."
