Your believing the BS being promoted by the shorts doesn't make it so. Just a matter of time before naked shorting is banned as it is in Europe. Abusive naked shorting is criminal, pure and simple. Naked shorting by the MM's to make a market is not criminal but abusive naked shorting to steal investors funds and bankrupt companies is criminal.
