All i have is a theory altho im pretty sure im right. More than likely people are taking losses for taxes. Most brokerages will close out your shares. They wont buy them they will just take them over from you. It will show up as volume just like any other traded shares. don't know what is going to happen in 2017 but i guess we have no choice but wait to find out. good luck. if anyone hears anything let us know.
