Just my opinion of course, but, I would not put too much credence in the trademark with respect to adding value to the company. All that really does is protect the design and name for the most part. What is truly important is the protection of the formula's, and getting fast and large distribution with huge marketing.
At the end of the day it comes to making money and a lot of it, really fast.
I do understand that without a trademark then someone can put out a knockoff, but, with who we work with.......I just don't see that getting far, even in the worst case.
But, all that said.......I would guess that the trademark needs to be in place before the labeling, and bottling will take place. Which should happen pretty quick once the trademark is in place.
