Here's the rub for some investors:
"Over time, if all goes according to plan - shares will be retired and positive changes in PPS will follow"
According to plan:
>OS under 1BB in 2016
>Company was going to do $2-5MM in 2016 starting in 4Q15
>company was going to have a loan and acquisitions to help drive the late year revenues
>PPS was going to be $0.01 YE 2016

Problem remains - the plans keep changing and goals arent being met (or coming close). Instead of breaking down why the prior plan(s) failed - they are replaced with even bigger goals and longer time frames. That would be fine is they would adequately discuss why they missed the previous targets.
$0.01 PPS goal year end 2016 is replaced with $0.05 in three years. 1BB OS (per Bill in late 2015 /early 2016) was replaced with 700MM (per James in CC past fall) within 6-8 months of CC. Now that has been replaced with 70% of 4.5BB in 3 years.
Shareholders wont know until 3/30/17 how much revenue has actually hit the books from MRVB or if any mfg revenue hitnin 4Q16 per James in the CC. Also wont know how many shares have been bought back or what the current OS is unless company provides guidance/update prior.
Still dont know how they can guarantee/promise 50-100% returns.
