Even if those 350 million shares are real they came before the NVSOS and WYSOS incorporation change. The current O/S is 4.5 billion according to the last pre-14c filing. The O/S is going up not down.
Also they are at a pps of .0006 and there simply hasnt been that many shares sold at .0006. Those shares were issued to the MRVB and will reflect that in the upcoming 10k
