IF 330M shares were issued to SI and SI turned 330M shares into the MRVB to be disposed of/retired. Why wouldnt that be considered a buy back under private terms? The same way they were issued...daaaaa
Again NOT all TPAC shares have hit the open market or the pps would be well below .0001
The pps has stabilized since the MRVB...the pps isnt swinging 10_15 points per day up and down.
The volatility is way down...why the shorters and flippers are being driven out.
Personally I love what TPAC has accomplised so far...all TPAC pps is waiting for is verified revenue on 2016 10k and 1st qtr 2017 10q and the pps will rise slow and steady like an Alaskan moose coming out of a.swamp!
