It is my understanding that the philosophy of this board is to not allow bashing. That is not to say that negative information can't be posted but it should be a fact not an opinion. Chronic bashing will not remain. Your question walks the line so I have left it.
Those that have a pension for bashing can do that on other boards.

That being said one should not expect the company to inform the stock holders of every sale and minutia detail.
It would be nice but not an expectation. The fact that someone makes a statement that does not have a publicly available source for everyone to confirm does not mean it is from the company.
It means to me that someone is doing a great deal of due diligence and MAY be true. The percent of this persons statements that are true with time tempers how much I believe it.
I would never invest in a company that I didn't trust. I would sell and find a company that I could believe in based on my investing requirements.
Yes this is an opinion but it is not a bashing opinion.
