Plus whether the bacteria is live rather than just dead residue with a bacteria's "signature" and (I think) narrowing in on using the best appropriate vaccine at the earliest point for the specific condition rather than overloading patients with generic antibiotics just to try to suppress an unknown infection/disease. The latter "generic overloading" is a major factor in building increased antibiotic resistance.
