Hey Burnt, very good posts expressing the narrative that the explanation for the lack of performance and accountability is somewhere between incompetence or a scam are interesting.
[In between is used with two things which are close together in some usual order e.g. in between breakfast and lunch.

Between can be used with things which are far apart and in no usual order e.g. between London and Paris]

If it is a scam no need to search further. If it’s incompetence this would be the more interesting topic to me in that it would be nuanced. More to discuss. For example, these two Kevins seem like good people (not the type you describe that pump on these boards to suck in newbies)
