Analysis Update.
I just found out to my surprise that I have just been made a Mod on the $INCC board on iHub [after being previously removed without explanation some months back].
The Mod that has resigned is "Grifter" who has left some cryptic clues that he may have / be exiting $INCC. For many months he was the only person posting on iHub and therefore certainly had .0002s and probably some .0001s as well.
I believe he may have told others through PMs that the stacked ask at .0017 is his and that once they're gone - they're gone. This is just a guess but let's see.
I don't have PMs on iHub.
