Even if they do have other lenders and I also believe that to be true based upon some of their tweets and clues within, it won't much matter as I think KBM is the lynch pin for all to fall. KBM losing the case against HJOE would set them up for quick closure on any other loans, IMO. Either way it doesn't matter right now while we are in dark status.
