Re: webdev2016 #1661
There are often T-trades in the OTC after hours - MMs use this system of "late prints" of transactions so as not to adversely affect the market during trading hours.
Sometimes there are MM to MM transactions arranged at greater than 4-decimal place prices that are not available to retail traders - for instance to cover a short position.
The Form T at 16:22:54 was for 6,020,000 at .001478.
The Form T at 16:23:10 was for 5,000,000 at .001576.
I have also seen them used on other stocks for large convertible debt sells against weekly limited quotas (not applicable to $INCC as there is no convertible debt selling by the company) - $BETS is a good example where you will often see a 25M>75M trade an hour before the open thereby allowing the stock to uptick at the open from the previous close.
On $INCC, there may be a few low volume sells by people that had previously restricted shares for services rendered (such as attorneys, CPAs etc) who were not able to cash in until $INCC went current. I would imagine most of those are done by now and that might have been via VNDM - such transactions are usually with "odd" brokers where people cannot trade on-line and have to give instructions via phone. That would account for why VNDM never has much and / or moves at odd times because people believe they can get a better price and there is a time lag in changing their orders.
Given the marked increase in bashing nonsense on iHub today, I would be inclined to think that there is still a naked short position as they got caught out when less people were duped into selling for a tax loss than they expected - primarily because I believe that longs control the majority of shares.
The people who gave up and sold into the bid - or undercut the ask - handed the shorts a partial out when we could have forced a short squeeze again.
We just need to get through the games tomorrow and then we should see a move up next week if at least one of the two anticipated catalysts are delivered - formal PR and Nirvana launch ad.
