It was a Gas station that closed down some years ago they wanted to sell and it helps when wifes a reallitor, and it's a cash deal, It is not a turn key and there's alot to fix, but I got it dirt cheep. But when it is all fixed up I think It will be a great start. He has one friend that has his personal training place in a Storage unit, Dylan (my son) is talking him into going parntners with him, This way Dylan can use his equiptment in return for rent, and He wont have to go out and spent 30 grand on equiptment, but use some of that to fix up the place. But bottom line is Dylan Has his own property and when the economy goes up so will the value.  That Is of Course The The Big Bad DTC doesn't get involved  LOL
