Give me a simple formula and I will try... for example
Okay so if I pull all of the historical L2 data into my database and I have a list of Buys, Sells, and Neutral (at bid).... like green, red, and white on the L2... (red is buy, green is sell, white is neutral)
Could someone give me the way to calculate total outstanding shares using that data and I will attempt it? Also, if it is white, how do I know if that is a buy or a sell?
