The Brazilian courts are draining the company of money and assets to satisfy its back taxes, owed wages, monies due vendors, etc. Since Mr. Delgado hasn't released any official news or updates (SEC monitoring GDSI), the only other choices are factual items on the open net... or speculative rumors on skype and other stock boards. I don't mind that your statements are your personal thoughts on the matter, which is fine. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions on any given stock. I just prefer to provide any open net items, in this case, official SEC decisions, as they are made available.
