Loppert was charged with, "aiding and abetting Global Digital’s violations of Section 17(a)(2) of the Securities Act and Section 10(b) and 13(a) of the Exchange Act and Rules 10b-5(b), 12b-20, 13a-1, and 13a-11 thereunder." Next comes the more harsher orders on GDSI and Sullivan for their numerous violations of the SEC rules.
