OTC stocks get smashed at year end due to tax loss selling.
IF you sell the stock before years end you cant rebuy the same stock for 30 days in order to claim your deduction
This is to be expected here.
As far as the 1 mill deposit?
My guess would be no(based on past history). But I am optimistic early 2017 will bring good news.
