Decent question.
The C Shares offer a good rate of return but also cap the rate of return. If the MRVB doubles every month for six months, you get 25%, the operators get the rest. I would rather take a percentage of the gain than have a fixed rate of return. I'm in penny stocks for the risk vs reward.
