I feel the delaying has definitely come from the KBM side. They have had multiple attorney changes (never a good sign) and I don't feel like they think their case is especially strong. One of the Kramer brothers lost his company for doing illegal stuff and his brother is doing the same thing. They have to know that this case is a threat and needed the delays try to get their case in order. I was shocked the last time that the judge delayed until Jan 2017 and am really looking forward to what happens next.
