The below statement from the email yesterday could be interpreted that they have until January 2019 to make adjustments to AS/ OS.
"The AAS technical platform is used to acquire TPAC OTC stock based on a procedure to achieve the de-authorization of shares thereby reducing the A/S and O/S no later than January 10th 2019."
