What makes you think this will happen. I saw your post from the other day saying the same thing. Wondering if I am missing something.
Power Up Lending doesn't want the stores and the court will not award the stores to them to settle a debt. The court works in the best interest of creditors. If Power Up took the stores the company would dissolve which is not in the best interest of creditors.
IMO the current creditors will approve the plan and the Power Up suit will be settled. ITALK only guaranteed 85k of the debt. Not the whole thing.
