I think it will take some strong buying action at 3 to get things going, otherwise everyone is just going to bid-sit as per normal BCAP trading action of late.  Don't get me wrong, it is not impossible, but we won't know for sure until everyone starts seeing the news and then we can better judge their buying interest in BCAP.
