Just a thought...Dea is listed as the owner of iTALK Lease Management LLC which was set up on 7/21. The day of the bankruptcy filing. He will also be the owner of Telecom AP.

I am sure iTALK Lease Management will be a part of iTALK. That could be the connection between iTALK and Telecom.
