NITE trying to cover by putting up a 4.9M wall at .0017 to dupe people into selling into his large bid at .0015.
When his ask gets slapped, he is doing small partial fills to make it look like there isn't much interest - same trick as seen at every level but was most prevalent at .0005/6.
2M left at .0017 now.
