Medicare is 109 per month Medigap blue cross gold plan is 309 per month. Those on Medicare pay the 109. VA spends $9800 per year per vet to provide care.
309 x 12 = $3708
Even if the government pays 109 and 309 or $418 per month it is only $5016 per year.
Why do we have a VA ?
