In ONLY speaking of what may be TODAYS activity - based on short recent trading activity, I think CTIX will close today above the 1.60 mark just on anticipation of a news release after hours whether it comes or not. Odds that would help in that outcome would increase if volume is 400k or higher.

Will see at close if this one day prediction holds true. Then again a 3 cent or better move is not that big of a deal. But small steps are fine here.
